WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM

Our program is a comprehensive yet common sense approach to weight loss.

Quite simply you will increase your intake of fibers with fruits, vegetables, whole wheat and bran and you will enjoy a moderate intake of carbohydrates (the slow burning kind).

There will be lots of protein yet not an unrealistic amount. White bread and sugar will be cut down considerably. The goal is to lose fat not overall weight.

Our High Nutrient Protein Supplements will  have an important role in the program.

Exercise: will be VERY LITTLE but consistently every week

Our Exercise and Nutrition Guidance Manual will help you follow our program as well as inform and educate you in regard to weight loss, fitness and health.
